A new garage door installation is a full-day job done right: rough opening measurement, correct spring sizing for the new door's weight, and a balance test before we leave.
Accurate measurement upfront avoids a door that binds or gaps once installed.
A new door often weighs differently than the old one, so we calculate spring specs fresh rather than reusing old hardware.
We'll walk through insulation options based on how the garage space is actually used.
An opener sized for a lighter old door may need adjustment or replacement to safely run a heavier new one.
